The Perspective of a Teacher. The Resilience of a Survivor.

I spent 20 years as a Kindergarten ESL teacher. In that classroom, my job was to take a big, overwhelming world and break it down into simple, actionable steps for children who didn’t yet speak the language.

Five years ago, I was forced to learn a new language myself: The language of the nervous system. A breast cancer diagnosis didn't just change my health, it changed my biology. I found myself in the "Exhausted Gap," that space where treatment is over and you’re medically "cleared," but your body is still stuck in high-alert survival mode.

I realized then what I know for certain now, You can’t "mindset" your way out of biological depletion.

My Credentials & The "Still Standing" Method

I combined my 20 years of educator experience with intensive study in health and life coaching and nervous system regulation to create a tactical approach to recovery - not just from cancer, but from any "fire" life throws at you.

My Approach: Tactical, Not Theoretical

  • I am not a clinical nutritionist or a therapist. I am a Nervous System Navigator.

  • Most women are told to "just relax" or "eat better." But when you're navigating a health challenge or complex life boundaries, "self-care" feels like another chore on an impossible list.

  • I help you stop "scanning" for the next crisis and start deciding how you want to live. Through my Still Standing framework, we focus on:

1. Biological Safety: Using nervous system support work to signal to your brain that the "fire" is handled.

2. Strategic Replenishment: Using nutrient-dense protocols to repair the cellular drain of chronic stress.

3. The Biology of Boundaries: Using word-for-word scripts to protect your energy from the people and tasks that keep you depleted.

The "Why" Behind the Work

I do this because I believe you shouldn't just "survive" your life. Whether you're recovering from a diagnosis or navigating a season of high-stakes upheaval, you deserve to feel grounded, clear-headed, and, above all, nourished.
